We have 2 fully equipped caravans at Haven Holiday Park in Caister-on-Sea, Norfolk

Back in 2006, we bought our first caravan: a six-berth luxury caravan at Caister-on-Sea, near Great Yarmouth in Norfolk. It was more popular than we could have imagined. When we found out what a positive impact our investment was making for our families, we bought another one.

The second one is a five-berth caravan fully adapted for physical impairment, giving our wheelchair members a totally accessible holiday home to enjoy.

Location

Both of our caravans are on the same site at Haven Holiday Park, Caister-on-Sea, Norfolk. The holiday park facilities include: indoor pool, crazy golf, bike hire, children’s clubs, adult entertainment and more.

6-berth, with 3 bedrooms (2 x twin rooms and an en-suite double room) and a family bathroom with shower. This caravan also has a veranda on the front.

5-berth, wheelchair adapted and accessed by ramp, with 2 bedrooms, walk-in wet room and low-level worktops.

Fully wheelchair accessible.
Main bedroom has 1 x double bed and 1 x single bed with a ceiling track hoist.
Second bedroom has extra wide twin beds with extra space between the beds.
Wet room with shower.
Lowered kitchen units.
Ramp to door.
Sliding internal doors.
TV with Freeview and built in DVD player.
Gas central heating.

We had the best time thank you so much for allowing us the opportunity to have a family holiday. What a fantastic place you have, so close to everything but not noisy at all. We made some absolutely amazing memories including watching the sunrise on the beach, haven activities, trips out to local towns and just some chilled family time in the beautiful van to name a few.

Eligibility

We require all guests to be a current member of Kids in Action, this helps us to cover the administration costs, and allows guests to use any of our other holiday homes and facilities. The cost of membership is £35 for the year per family.

Terms and conditions of booking

Booking

Holidays during the school holiday are Saturday to Saturday and we only let our caravans for a maximum of 1 week.
Outside of school holidays you can let our caravans for more than 1 week at a time and we also offer long weekends and midweek breaks.
To book we require a deposit of £300 per week booked at the time of booking plus the membership fee of £35, and we would require the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure.
From 1st Jan 2024 we require all guests to provide a £150 security deposit, which will be returned within 5 working days, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the caravan following your departure.
